About Morning Calm III
Four leafless trees stand in a line across a flat field, their trunks dark and their fine branches spreading into a pale sepia haze. The tallest tree sits right of centre with the widest crown; two mid-sized trees fill the left and middle, and a smaller, fainter tree hides behind them, almost dissolved by the fog. Above the treeline the sky is an even wash of warm cream and blush beige with no cloud detail. The lower third is a band of rust and dark brown grass, softly blurred.
The mood is quiet and still, closer to a memory than a clear view. Everything is held in a narrow range of browns, with the fog flattening depth so the branch tracery becomes the only fine detail.
Suits bedrooms, living rooms and a home office where you want calm rather than colour. The warm sepia tones sit easily with timber furniture, linen bedding, rattan and jute, and beach house interiors in cream or clay.
