Framing options

Stretched, ready to hang
Your canvas is stretched on a timber frame with the hanging wire already attached. Clean, frameless gallery look.
Floating frame
The stretched canvas sits inside a slim timber frame in white, black, natural or silver, with a small shadow gap around the edge. Delivered framed and ready to hang.
Rolled canvas
Just the printed canvas, rolled in a tube, if you would rather have it framed locally.
How our prints are made
- Museum-quality giclée print on heavy-duty archival canvas, using pigment inks that will not fade.
- Stretched on a thick timber frame with the hanging wire attached, so it goes straight onto the wall.
- Made to order in Australia and delivered in about 10 to 14 days.

A nautilus shell sits against a solid black background, cut in half so the inner chambers are exposed. The curved walls divide the interior into a tightening spiral, running from large open chambers at the outer edge to a tiny coil at the centre. Small pointed ridges show along the outer rim of the cut.
The lower half of the frame is taken up by the smooth outer shell, lit so it glows in pearly pink, cream and soft grey with faint green and violet reflections near the base. Warm tan and caramel tones sit inside the chambers. It reads as a close, studio-style photograph with deep shadow and crisp detail.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
