A single palm tree is photographed from low down, looking up its trunk so the stem leans in from the bottom left corner and the fronds fan out near the centre. The trunk is a warm tan, with a pale green crown shaft where the leaves begin. The fronds are lit in yellow and green and look slightly soft where they moved during the exposure.
The night sky behind the palm is a deep rust red fading to near black at the top. Small white stars are scattered across the dark upper half, and a few look like short streaks. A smudge of orange cloud sits in the top left corner, with faint wisps of cloud low on the right. The photograph has a grainy, film-like feel and the colour is strongly saturated.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
