Stretched, ready to hang
Your canvas is stretched on a timber frame with the hanging wire already attached. Clean, frameless gallery look.
Floating frame
The stretched canvas sits inside a slim timber frame in white, black, natural or silver, with a small shadow gap around the edge. Delivered framed and ready to hang.
Rolled canvas
Just the printed canvas, rolled in a tube, if you would rather have it framed locally.
How our prints are made
- Museum-quality giclée print on heavy-duty archival canvas, using pigment inks that will not fade.
- Stretched on a thick timber frame with the hanging wire attached, so it goes straight onto the wall.

A German shepherd style dog faces the viewer, its head filling most of the portrait frame. The face is broken into patchwork panels of green, orange, red, blue and purple, each outlined in thick black line. Violet eyes sit under heavy lids, and a pink tongue pokes out below a blue-ringed black nose.
The upright ears carry different patterns: the left has white daisies on pink, the right is covered in blue and white dots. Behind the dog is a mottled magenta background with clusters of yellow dots in the corners. A beaded, checked collar in red, yellow and blue runs across the bottom. The flat colour and visible brush texture give it a naive, folk art look.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
