A large bragozzo fills the left and centre of the poster, its two sails in deep orange-red sweeping up to a white tip marked "OND 3" and "Dopolavoro Provinciale Venezia". The dark hull has green and red trim, two round emblems on the bow and a white curl of bow wave. Small pennants fly from the masts.
The sky shades from teal at the top to pale yellow at the horizon, over soft green water. On the right a low Venetian skyline with a bell tower sits behind two more red-sailed boats, and three white gulls glide above. Cream lettering reads "31 Luglio XVI Chioggia Venezia" at top, and "Regata Bragozzi" in bold capitals below, with a line crediting Giornale d'Italia. The flat colour and streamlined shapes suit a 1930s Italian regatta poster.
