A single circular figure sits centred on a clean white ground, built from hundreds of fine straight lines that cross and recross like wound thread. The outer band is lime and olive green, scalloped into soft petal points around the rim. Overlapping it are sharp magenta and pink straight-edged stars, their corners reaching almost to the outer edge. Moving inward the greens deepen to emerald, then give way to a wide ring of pale and mid blue, tightening to a dense blue rosette with a small white dot at the dead centre.

The effect is mathematical rather than decorative: line density alone creates the shading, so the circle reads as light at the middle and heavier at the edges. The flat white surround gives the pattern plenty of air and keeps the colours crisp.
