About Summer Sky III
A square abstract landscape divided roughly in half. The upper two thirds is a bank of cloud in cream, warm ivory and pale peach, edged with lilac grey and a wash of soft blue at the top corners. Below it a thin horizon of mint and pale aqua runs across the full width, broken by a bright teal patch on the left and a dark slate green headland beneath it. The lower band opens into flat fields of lemon yellow, sage and pale pink.
The surface keeps visible directional strokes and dry-brushed streaks, especially through the cloud mass and the yellow foreground, so the colours sit in soft overlapping layers rather than hard edges. A small dark signature mark appears in the lower right. The mood is calm and summery, a coastal or farmland view reduced to bands of light and colour.
Suits a bedroom above the bedhead, a living room with linen sofas and pale oak, or a coastal holiday house hallway. The cream and lemon tones work with white or greige walls, rattan, jute rugs and brushed brass. Pairs well with another soft landscape of the same size for a two-piece arrangement over a sideboard.
