About The Atlantis
A large field of cool grey-blue fills the centre, worked with mottled, bubbled texture and long drips that run from the top edge. A deep red octagon sits in the upper left corner, edged with pale gold, and a narrow band of ribbed silver-white runs down the right side. Along the bottom, rust and burnt-red pigment forms a heavier band scored with looping dark lines. Two small inset rectangles interrupt the grey: one striped red and blue, one pale and roughly framed.
The character is quiet but structured, with weathered surfaces, dripped ochre flecks and a few bright accents holding the composition together.
Suits a living room with grey or charcoal walls, a hallway above a console table, or an office above a desk. The red octagon picks up burgundy or rust cushions, while the grey field works with concrete floors, linen sofas, brushed steel and natural timber furniture.
