A vintage twin lens reflex camera sits upright against a plain white background, shown in three-quarter view. The two stacked lenses sit on the right, the larger taking lens below the viewfinder lens, each ringed in chrome and silver. A flat-topped hood in warm gold crowns the body, and a small round knob sits on the left side.
The image is layered as a double exposure, with faint architectural lines and ornate detail running across the camera body in bands of cyan, navy and orange. A dark diagonal stroke cuts across the top of the hood. The colours look boosted and the edges are bleached, giving a contemporary pop art treatment of a mid-century camera.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
