A close portrait of a young buck, head turned slightly to the right, filling a square frame. The fur is rendered in purples, plum and soft lilac, with pale cream highlights along the cheek and neck. One large amber-brown eye catches a bright reflection and is framed by dark lashes. The wet, dark nose has a glossy shine.
Behind the deer is a flat, saturated lime green background, and a thin turquoise line traces the outline of the ears, antlers and neck. The antlers are cropped at the top edge and streaked with magenta and violet. A few pale spots show on the body at the bottom right. The finish is smooth and richly blended, like an oil-style painting, with bold, unnatural colour.

My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
