A long exposure photograph taken at dusk or dawn, looking out over a rocky shoreline toward a low horizon. The sky glows deep orange at the top and fades to bright yellow just above the sea, with a thin streak of dark cloud at the right edge.
The moving water has been blurred into a soft, milky haze that turns pink and violet as it spreads toward the viewer. Dark, rounded boulders sit in the foreground and along both sides, their wet tops catching a little warm light. Small headlands show faintly on the left and right horizon.
