A couple stands close together under a bright yellow umbrella, seen from behind, in the middle of a wet city street. He wears a dark suit and she wears a pale green skirt and a light top. Their reflections smear down the glossy pavement in grey and soft violet strokes.
The street runs back into a golden haze where a tall spire-topped skyscraper rises faintly in the distance, in the manner of the Empire State Building. On the left a tree with yellow leaves leans over a stoop and brownstone steps. On the right a green lamp post glows. Visible, textured brushwork gives the scene a soft, misty, impressionist feel in a painterly style.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
