About Bronze World Map
A full world map fills the canvas in landscape format, with continents rendered as loose masses of olive green, bronze and dark brown rather than hard outlines. The background is a pale mint and grey wash streaked with vertical drips and flecks of mustard gold, so the oceans read as weathered plaster rather than flat blue. Africa, Asia and North America carry the deepest pigment; Australia sits low right in mottled brown. A small gold compass rose marked N, S, E and W sits in the lower left corner.
The character is aged and atmospheric: a decorative map that trades geographic precision for soft, faded colour and visible texture across the surface.
Suits a home office above a desk, a study wall beside bookshelves, or a hallway where a wide horizontal piece fits. The olive, bronze and mint tones work with timber furniture, linen sofas, brass lamps and warm white or sage walls. Also reads well in a dining room or a teenager's bedroom.
