A black and white night photograph looks straight up a path lined with trees toward the London Eye. The wheel sits in the upper middle of the frame, its rim studded with bright white lights and its fine spokes fanning out from the central hub to the two angled support legs.
Small white lights are strung through the branches on both sides, scattering bright specks across the dark leaves. The trees curve inward and form a natural tunnel, while the pale legs of the wheel stand out against the dark sky. Dim buildings and a few distant lights show at the far end of the path.
