About I Am the Solution
A deep navy background carries four stacked lines of bold condensed capitals reading "I AM MY / PROBLEM / BUT ALSO MY / SOLUTION". The words PROBLEM and SOLUTION sit inside their own outlined rectangles, so the eye lands on them first. A double border frames the whole composition: a heavier white rectangle at the outer edge and a thinner red line just inside it, both broken at the corners. Every letter and rule carries a heavy distressed texture, scratched and flecked so the navy shows through the white.
The character is plain and direct, closer to a stencilled workshop sign than a decorative quote print. The worn edges and stamped, ink-starved lettering give it a hard-edged, gym-poster tone rather than a soft inspirational one.
Suits a home office above a desk or monitor, a home gym or garage wall, a teenager's bedroom or a study nook. It works against white, grey or timber walls and pairs with black metal shelving, leather seating and other black-and-white typographic or photographic prints in a simple black frame.
