About Playa del Carmen Beach
A wide beach photograph taken low to the sand, with a sheet of white foam sliding in from the left and fanning across wet, pale pink sand. The water behind it runs from clear aqua near the shore to deep turquoise further out, meeting a flat horizon line. A low rock shelf, weathered and pitted, sits in the middle distance catching warm gold light, with a second rocky point and a small limestone cliff topped by palms on the right.
Above it all, a strong blue sky holds a band of small white cumulus clouds near the horizon and thin wind-drawn streaks higher up. The character is bright and open: a sunny, clean-edged holiday coastline with plenty of contrast between the cool sea and the warm sand.
Works in a beach house living room, a bedroom with white linen and rattan, or a coastal-styled hallway.
