About Pure Love Wall Art Print
A square composition filled edge to edge with vertical timber boards in slate blue, washed through with teal, grey and faint green where the stain has worn thin. Four lines of off-white capitals sit centred on the boards: a large LOVE across the top, then IS ALL, ABOUT YOU, and AND ME in decreasing weight. The lettering is heavily distressed, with flecks and scratches breaking up each letter so the blue shows through, as though stencilled onto old fence palings.
Grain lines, knots and the dark seams between each plank run top to bottom behind the text, giving the flat surface depth. The corners are slightly darker than the centre, which draws the eye to the wording. The character here is relaxed and coastal-rustic: a simple sentiment delivered in weathered signwriting rather than anything polished or decorative.
Suits bedrooms above a bed head, entry halls, beach house living rooms and home offices. It sits well with white or limewashed walls, linen bedding, rattan and raw timber furniture, and works alongside other blue coastal prints or a gallery wall of black and white photographs.
