About Shine
A glass nail polish bottle sits low and slightly tilted in the lower half of the composition, its rounded rectangular body filled with deep rose that darkens almost to black at the centre. A chrome-banded silver cap sits on top, catching a white highlight. Above it, a cream-handled brush angles in from the top right corner, loaded with pink lacquer that stretches into a long drip falling towards the open bottle. A single white line loops and swirls loosely across the beige upper field, like a signature drawn in one stroke.
The background is split horizontally: warm beige above, dusty rose below, with the bottle straddling the line. The flat colour blocking and fine outline work give it a clean, graphic fashion-plate character rather than a soft watercolour feel.
