A cream farmhouse with a red roofline and a small red door sits at the top left of this portrait image, flanked by two dark cypress trees. Behind it, rounded green hills roll toward a flat horizon, and a thin tower rises on the distant ridge under a pale blue and grey sky.
Most of the picture is given to the field below. A flat olive-brown band gives way to rows of glowing orange and gold shapes with dark streaks running down through them, like paint that has bled. The colour deepens to rust red, then to near black at the base, with fine horizontal lines across the surface. The effect sits between a landscape and an abstract.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
