Three white calla lilies lean in from the top left of a portrait composition, their open trumpets outlined in loose tan line. The stems are drawn in streaks of teal and grey, with a pale yellow stroke showing inside the lowest bloom. The sketchy edges and uneven brush marks give it the feel of an ink and watercolour illustration.
A blush pink bow ties the stems at the lower left, shaded with smoky brown and grey strokes and fine white highlights. The background splits into cream on the left and warm sand beige on the right. In the open space at the upper right, handwritten grey script reads "love bloomed", leaving plenty of quiet colour around the flowers.
