The poster carries the title "ATTACK OF THE CRAB MONSTERS" in heavy yellow capitals across the top, with a black outline that makes the letters jump off the dark blue-green background. Below it, a blonde woman in a green swimsuit hangs from a thick rope, mouth open in a scream, one leg kicked out.
A huge magenta crab fills the lower half, its claw wrapped around her waist and its yellow eye and toothy mouth at the bottom right. Three figures in gear huddle at the top left. The tagline reads "From the depths of the sea... A TIDAL WAVE OF TERROR!" and a cast and credit block runs along the bottom in white lettering.
