Five slim trees stand in a loose cluster on a low mound of dark soil, their trunks and branches rendered in pale white against a solid black sky. The image reads like a photographic negative, so the bark glows and the gaps between limbs fall away into darkness.
The fine twigs spread outward and overlap at the top, forming a dense web that fills most of the square frame. Trunks bend gently, with the tallest two on the right. Tones run from bright white to soft grey, with no colour at all, and the ground at the base breaks into small specks of light.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
