A single large tree fills the square frame, its thick trunk on the right and heavy limbs reaching out to the left. The image looks like a photographic negative: bark, branches and leaves are bright white, while the gaps between them and the ground behind are deep black.
Leaves cluster along the branches in fine, lacy detail, with a few thin twigs trailing down at the left edge. Pale grey grass and low scrub run across the bottom, and a small round shrub sits faintly in the dark at left. The tones are almost entirely white, grey and black, giving it a graphic, high-contrast photographic look.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
