About Keep Calm Wall Art Print
A portrait format graphic with a flat pale aqua background and white lettering reading KEEP CALM, AND, CARRY ON, stacked in four lines of centred capitals. Above the text sits a stylised crown built from dots and rounded arches, topped with a small cross. The typeface is a clean sans serif with generous letter spacing, the word AND set much smaller between the larger lines. There is no shading, gradient or outline; every shape is solid white against the single unbroken blue field.
The character is calm and orderly. It is a piece of wartime British poster design reduced to two colours, so the balance of empty blue space around the words does as much work as the lettering itself.
Suits a home office above a desk, a hallway, a laundry, or a child's or teen bedroom. The soft aqua sits well with white walls, pale timber furniture and coastal blues, and works alongside a framed map, a pinboard or other black-and-white typography prints in a small grid.
