A single olive branch rises from the lower centre of a square, cream-coloured tile. Long, narrow green leaves fan out on both sides, and seven plump olives hang among them. The fruit is a deep blue-purple with a soft sheen, and small white blossoms cluster along the stem.
The word "Oliva" is written in brown italic script across the top. Thin scrolling flourishes sit on the left and right edges and under the branch. The tile has a fine crackled surface with worn, speckled patches. A faded border of gold scrollwork and muted fruit motifs fills each corner in sepia, green and ochre.
