A single olive branch crosses the square from the upper left, carrying three olives and long, pointed leaves. Two olives are deep plum with pale pink highlights, and two lower ones are yellow-green and darker green. The fruit is rounded and softly shaded, with the leaves in muted olive green.
The background is a mottled wash of lavender, grey and soft pink with a rough, plastered texture. Faint scrolling flourishes sit in the top left corner and bottom right corner. Black script reads "Olio de" across the top and "Oliva" across the bottom left, in a thin, handwritten style. It is a painterly illustration with a layered, textured finish.
